Resolved - Earlier today, we experienced a temporary disruption in our Global Search functionality due to a technical issue affecting our primary search service. During this period, the automatic fallback to our secondary service took longer than expected to engage, resulting in approximately 5 minutes of reduced functionality for users attempting to use Global Search.

Our engineering team has since resolved the issue, and we are implementing additional safeguards to minimise the risk of similar disruptions in the future. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding as we work to ensure optimal service reliability.
